The Rayagada Challenge Lab began through the Grameen Charcha process in Bisam Cuttack in February 2026. In September, we return to the learning landscape to deepen community-led diagnosis, connect local wisdom and resources with public systems and other knowledge, and identify pathways that can be tested over the next 90 days.

This is not a conference where experts arrive with ready-made answers. It is a three-day learning journey in which village leaders, women, youth, indigenous knowledge holders, elected representatives, government stakeholders, practitioners and visiting experts listen together, understand what already exists, and build practical pathways rooted in the local context.
